The Directory provides an independent listing of Italian citizenship service providers serving the United Kingdom. It is a reference tool. It does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, or any regulated professional service.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. This is not legal advice

Corviado Ltd is not a law firm, not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and not authorised by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner. The guides published on this site are informational and do not replace professional legal counsel.

4. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that provider profiles are accurate at the time of publication. Each profile displays a “last checked” date. However:

5. Affiliate disclosure

The operator of this directory (Corviado Ltd) is affiliated with certain listed providers. These providers are clearly marked with an “affiliated” label wherever they appear on the site. Details of all affiliated providers are listed on the About page.

Affiliated providers are subject to the same editorial standards as all other listings. Affiliation does not influence placement, ordering, or the content of profiles. Where affiliated providers lack reviews or have a short track record, this is stated.

Listing on this directory is free for all providers. There are no paid placements, sponsored profiles, or boosted rankings.

6. Intellectual property

The design, layout, text, and code of this site are owned by Corviado Ltd and protected by copyright. Factual data about listed providers (company numbers, addresses, publicly stated pricing) is not claimed as proprietary. You may link to any page on this site without permission.

You may not scrape, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of this site without written permission. Automated access (crawlers, bots) must respect our robots.txt file.

7. Provider corrections and removals

Providers may request corrections to their profile at any time by contacting us with the specific information to be updated and a source link for verification. Verified corrections are applied within 5 working days.

We do not remove profiles on request. This directory serves the public interest by providing complete, transparent market information about professional services. The legal basis for continued publication is set out in section 9. If a provider has ceased trading, changed name, or merged, we will update the profile to reflect that accurately.

If a provider believes their profile contains information that is defamatory, factually incorrect, or infringes their rights, they should contact us at legal@corviado.com with full details and supporting evidence. We will review and respond within 10 working days.

8. Dispute resolution

If a listed provider believes any information on their profile is factually inaccurate, the following process applies:

This process is consistent with the Pre-Action Protocol for Media and Communications Claims. We respond to every enquiry and welcome the opportunity to correct genuine inaccuracies. Following this process before any formal action allows both parties to resolve matters efficiently.

9. Basis for publication

This directory publishes factual information sourced from public records including Companies House filings, the SRA Register, Trustpilot, Google Reviews, and provider websites. All information is verifiable at the original source, which is linked from every profile.

Where the directory presents editorial observations (such as positioning a provider within the market or summarising their service scope), these constitute honest opinion based on verifiable facts, within the meaning of the Defamation Act 2013, section 3.

The directory serves the public interest by providing transparent, independently verifiable information about professional services in a market with no industry regulator, no trade body, and no other independent comparison resource. This is a matter of public interest within the meaning of the Defamation Act 2013, section 4.

The directory is also maintained for the purposes of journalism within the meaning of Schedule 2, Part 5 of the Data Protection Act 2018.

11. Limitation of liability
